The StoreGuild StoreBarracksLabyrinth StoreChallenger Store

There are a few shops and currencies, with lots of options to choose from. Don’t worry, because this is your one stop guide for how to obtain and spend all your hard earned currencies! To make it quick, you get certain currencies from playing different modes and each shop has an order in which it is good to purchase things when you can afford them. Without further ado, let us begin.

The Store

This is one of the earliest shops you have access to, and the one that you’ll make purchases in quite frequently. On the daily, buy the dust. When the special deal for 5 elite soulstones for 90 diamonds shows up, take that every time. When you progress further into the campaign, buy the POE coins as well daily. Once POE coins start showing up, it makes sense to refresh the Store once per day for 100 diamonds to buy another set of coins and dust. When purple and gold emblems start popping up, feel free to purchase them with gold as you wish, but be wary of their price! They’re expensive but worth it, and it depends how you want to spend your gold. The main drains for your gold are into the emblems, leveling your heroes, and upgrading gear; find your balance. As you progress in campaign, the price of emblems, dust and coins gradually decrease as well, so keep pushing when you can! Finally, NEVER buy gear with diamonds.

Guild Store

This one is pretty simple actually, but here is where you get your gear without wasting diamonds or waiting for them to drop randomly from AFK rewards. Buy whatever pieces you need, but prioritize heroes you are using and will benefit most from the gear. Obtaining the boots and weapon for a hero is the biggest upgrade you’ll get, and the hat and chestpiece can come later when you’re set on the first half of the gear. Do not buy preset factional gear as it is a waste of coins, you’ll be more than fine using reset scrolls for your specific faction. As for Dimensional faction gear, that can only be obtained through the preset purchase with coins, and it only makes sense to do at full discount at chapter 32. Buy stones as needed, and boots and weapon are the best to upgrade as well. Specifically for STR heroes stop the boots at Tier 1, as Tier 2 is a minimal upgrade and your resources are better spent elsewhere. You have about a ⅔ chance initially for your random gear to have a faction, but this can increase to 100% as you climb the faction towers. It’s only worth starring and tiering up gear that has factions, if you get unlucky with non-factional pieces, equip them, as their base stats are still better than legendary gear.

Barracks

Even simpler, you get these coins from pulling Common (green) heroes and make sure you turned on the Auto-Retire option in the Rickety Cart. In most cases, just save them to exchange for Dimensionals for their events or the garrison system if you’re a few coins short of spending other currencies. If you’re happy with how much you’ve saved up (I suggest 80k-100k) then buy Elite Soulstones as you wish. Fodder is a waste here.

Labyrinth Store

You get labyrinth coins as you clear the Arcane Labyrinth. Simply enough, there is a clear order of what to buy here. Buy them according to what you have left to purchase for the cycle.

  1. Saving coins for debuting Dimensional Exchanges
  2. Arthur pieces/Dimensional Emblems
  3. Wukong
  4. Red chests

Dimensional emblems show up to replace Arthur’s spot in the store once you obtain him. Red chests pop up later in the campaign and shouldn’t really matter for new people from this store.

Challenger Store

You get more coins depending on your rank in Legend’s Challenger Tournament Arena. You go up against people on your server. This store is really easy as well, it has a set priority order. Quick mention about Athalia - she serves a similar purpose as Nara in interrupting an enemy at the start of the fight. She’s useful for where Nara doesn’t work, or where you want to use both of them in the same stage/multi fight, as well as in celestial tower. However you’re delaying your other stuff by roughly a month, so up to you.

  1. Merlin
  2. 1st copy of Ezizh
  3. Optional: 1st copy of Athalia
  4. Zolrath to Ascended.

After Zolrath to A, the next hero to go for out of Athalia, Ezizh, Flora and Orthros A is very subjective. At this point, the optimal pathway diverges based on your player aim and budget category. Here is a summary of which one you should select based on your aim/budget, as well as a basic description of their pros and cons
