Mythic gear is the highest rarity of gear, and it drops from AFK Rewards as you progress in campaign quite slowly. The most consistent method of obtaining what you want is to purchase a piece of gear from the Guild Shop. You can also get them from events, but this not the best way to get it.

In addition to pieces of gear, you can also get upgrade stones. These stones will upgrade a piece of gear from their respective type, from one tier below it. Gear must be upgraded in order: Tier 0 Base to Tier 1, to Tier 2, to Tier 3. In order to make a piece of gear Tier 3, one must upgrade the gear to Tier 2, and enhance it to 5 stars. The tier 3 buff will then be exclusive to the hero you upgraded it on, and if equipped on another hero, it will function like a Tier 2, 5* enhanced piece of gear.

When buying gear from the guild store, the question (?) mark gear means that it has a chance of having any faction on it, including no faction. The bottom row guarantees the faction as displayed, but is considerably more expensive. This bottom row is the only way to get dimensional gear, you cannot use reset scrolls or randomly roll into it. As you progress in the campaign, the discounts for the bottom row will increase to 30%, and Field of Stars upgrades will let you guarantee that your question mark (?) gear will always have a faction on it.

In general, buying gear for your carry and then your most used units is recommended. Do not enhance or tier up any gear without a faction on it. Obtaining the boots and weapon for any hero is the most impactful. The upgrade order for each gear type is as follows:

As for Tier 3 gear, these give some nice percentage boosts for your hero that you give it to, but nothing extremely important. Generally it is just given to your most used damage dealing heroes. Here are some suggestions for who to Tier 3:

Strength: Grezhul, Izold, Arthur, Albedo, Daimon

Intelligence: Ainz, Oden, Silas, Desira, Tasi, Merlin

Agility: Lucretia, Kren, Raku, Ezio, Joker, Prince of Persia, Eironn (if you use him for damage)
