would like to thank all of you for fighting alongside us over this past year. With our 1st Anniversary Jubilee about to begin, we’ve prepared an exclusive
awards ceremony that’ll celebrate your achievements as a Commander. We’ll also be introducing two all-new Officers, “The Tip of the Spear” and “El Cartero”.
I. New Officers
A. [The Tip of the Spear] Technical Sergeant John Reilly, Ground Officer - Skills Profile:
1. First Into the Fray: Lets out a rallying cry, increasing the Attack Dmg of his Troop by 20%/25%/30%/35%/45% for 4s. Increases the Firepower of all friendly Ground
Forces within 2 Map Grids by 3%/3.5%/4%/5%/7% for 4s.
2. Lions Led by Lions: Troop Firepower +10%/12%/14%/16%/20%.
3. Not One Step Back: Troop Dmg Resist +5%/7%/9%/11%/15%.
4. Wall of Steel: Troop Blast Dmg Resist +20%/25%/30%/40%/50%.
5. Lets out a rallying cry, increasing the Attack Dmg of his Troop by 50% for 4s. Increases the Firepower of all friendly Ground Forces within 2 Map Grids by 7% for 4s.
Reduces the Prep Time of his Troop’s skills while serving as Captain by 1.5s.

B. [El Cartero] Sebastian Saavedra, Bomber Officer - Skills Profile:
1. Dragon’s Breath: Throws out flaming pitch, dealing damage to each target hit (Damage Coefficient 600/750/900/1050/1350, 20% less damage to each additional target) and immobilizing them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s.
2. Homemade Bombs: While leading a Bomber Troop, increases damage dealt to Tanks by 7.5%/10.5%/13.5%/18%/22.5%.
3. Neither Snow Nor Rain: Increases the Durability of Bomber Troops by 10%/14%/18%/24%/30%..
4. Battlefield Delivery: Increases the Patrol Speed of Bomber Troops by 4%/5%/6%/7%/10%.
5. Sticky Situation: Throws out flaming pitch, dealing damage to each target hit (Damage Coefficient 1350, 20% less damage to each additional target) and immobilizing them for 2s. Targets hit with the pitch are set on fire, taking continuous damage (Damage Coefficient 100 per second) for 4s.
How to Recruit:
1. [El Cartero] will be available on Servers that have existed for at least 183 days.
2. Upgrade any Air Force unit to level 80 unlock [El Cartero].
II. Anniversary Jubilee Events [Desperate Counterattack]
Once again, we’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to our Commanders for supporting Warpath over the past year. Our 1st Anniversary Jubilee is about to begin!
As we celebrate the Anniversary Jubilee, a new storyline will begin: With their offensive in Europe and Asia stalling, the frustrated Raven forces turn their eyes towards other victims. After a brief moment of peace, a fierce and sudden offensive begins on the West Coast...
1. Operation Unified Sword: In an offensive codenamed “Operation Unified Sword”, High Command has dispatched its most elite forces to put an end to the growing crisis in the West.
2. Project Omega: With their offensive stalling and facing a desperate situation, High Command has opted to re-activate the long-shelved “Project Omega”. At the heart of the project is a massive supergun codenamed “the Omega Cannon”.
3. Secret Workshop: Constructing the Omega Cannon will require a large number of Omega Cores. Collect as many Cores as you can to help
the Allies win the arms race!
4. Next Top Base: We’ll need stronger defenses to guard against Raven incursions. To this end, High Command is requesting unique and interesting Base designs.
5. John Reilly: With one of the Allies’ most elite squad leaders by our side, we’re sure to turn the tide!
6. Award Ceremony: View your service record over the past year and receive medals for your achievements.
III. Further Optimizations
1. To reduce ambiguity, we have renamed the “Raven Fortification Intelligence” item to “Raven Garrison Intel” and optimized the descriptions of some Buff items. Their effects have not changed.
